By accessing or using LawnBrain AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LawnBrain AI provides:

• AI-powered lawn problem diagnosis based on uploaded photos
• Personalized treatment recommendations and product suggestions
• Lawn health tracking and maintenance guidance
• Weather-aware care tips based on your location

Important Disclaimer: Our AI provides guidance only. For severe lawn issues or professional landscaping, consult a local lawn care expert.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

Free Plan:

• 3 diagnoses per month
• Quota resets on the 1st of each month
• No credit card required

Pro Plan ($10/month):

• Billed monthly via Stripe
• Automatically renews until canceled
• Cancel anytime from account settings
• No refunds for partial months

Refund Policy:

30-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro subscription. Contact support within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Abuse the service or attempt to bypass usage limits
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy our AI models
• Resell or redistribute diagnoses without permission
• Use the Service for commercial lawn care services without a business license

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to use them for diagnosis and service improvement.

Our Content: All AI models, algorithms, UI design, and branding are owned by LawnBrain AI and protected by copyright.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• 100% diagnosis accuracy (our AI aims for 85%+ but is not perfect)
• Treatment success (results vary by lawn condition, weather, and user execution)
• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation

Use our recommendations at your own risk. For critical lawn issues, consult a professional.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Lawn damage resulting from following our recommendations
• Lost time, revenue, or profits
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• HOA fines or property value impacts

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (maximum $120 for Pro users).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the service
• Engage in fraudulent activity

You may cancel your account anytime from Settings. Pro subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
